For more than 20 years, Solera has provided salon suite spaces for independent beauty, wellness, and self-care professionals. Family-owned and professionally managed, Solera is built to support independent businesses while creating a polished experience for the clients they serve.

Solera exists to support independent beauty and wellness professionals with salon suite spaces that are thoughtfully maintained, professionally managed, and designed for long-term business ownership.
Founded in 2004, Solera has spent more than two decades building salon suite locations around the day-to-day realities of independent business ownership. We believe professionals deserve more than square footage alone. They deserve a space that reflects the quality of their work, supports the practical demands of running a business, and gives clients a place that feels consistent, welcoming, and well cared for.
For clients, Solera offers access to a wide range of beauty, wellness, and self-care services in one place. For professionals exploring a salon suite for rent, it offers the independence of a private suite within a setting backed by experience, on-site support, and a long-standing commitment to the businesses that call Solera home.
Danny Needham
Founder & CEO
Danny founded Solera with a long-term vision for salon suites that feel both independent and well supported. Since opening the first Solera location in 2005, that vision has continued to shape the company’s approach to property management, professional support, and the overall experience across each location.
As a family-owned business, Solera remains closely involved in the day-to-day operation of its properties. That hands-on approach continues to inform how each location is managed and maintained today.

Solera’s locations are supported by local managers who help maintain each property and serve as day-to-day points of contact for the professionals based there. Their role is to keep the environment running smoothly so business owners can stay focused on their clients and their work.

“When I do have questions, their support team is always quick to answer… My business has increased since Covid, and their Lead Generation program has given me 1–2 new clients every week.”

Whether you’re exploring a specific location, have a question about Solera, or simply want to learn more, we’d be glad to hear from you.
Solera Salon Suites provides fully equipped, private salon suite rental for beauty and wellness professionals who want to run their own business without the overhead of a traditional commercial lease. Each suite gives stylists, estheticians, and other independent professionals their own space to build a brand, set their own hours, and keep more of what they earn.
Solera's suites are built for independent hairstylists, nail technicians, estheticians, massage therapists, lash artists, and other beauty professionals who want the freedom of business ownership without starting from scratch. Whether someone is leaving a commission-based salon or growing an existing client base, a salon suite rental offers a straightforward way to go independent.
Suites typically come move-in ready with essentials like plumbing, styling stations, storage, and shared amenities such as a reception area or break room, depending on location. This lets professionals start seeing clients quickly instead of investing in buildout costs.
Professionals choose Solera for the independence, earning potential, and flexibility that comes with owning their own space. Instead of splitting income with a salon owner, renting a suite lets them set their own prices, hours, and services while still having support from a professional community around them.
Solera operates multiple locations, making it easier for beauty professionals to find salon suites near them and for clients to find their favorite stylist or specialist close to home.
Unlike a traditional salon, Solera doesn't take a commission or dictate schedules. Renting a salon suite means having a private, lockable space that's fully yours: your name on the door, your own decor, your own client experience. Solera handles the building, utilities, and amenities so professionals can focus on their craft and their clients.
